EPA requires anyone working in Pre 1978 buildings that are disturbing painted surfaces (including water damage and mold remediation) to complete this 1 day lead renovation course.  After successfully completing this course, you will be certified for 5 years.  If you are already RRP certified, no problem, our class can also be used to satisfy the refresher requirements
