Cancellation Policy

SUBSTITUTIONS: Student substitutions may be made at no additional charge. Submit in writing to [email protected] or call 562-698-1279.

TRANSFERS: Students may transfer to the next same class type. Transfers must be in writing and authorized by ATF.  

  • TRANSFERS-Online Classes: Students may transfer to the next same class type. Transfers
  • TRANSFERS-In House classes: must be in writing and authorized by ATF. Transfers requested 6 days or less before class will be charged $50. Transfers requested first day of class or after class starts will be charged $100.

REFUND/CANCELLATION: (bank charges will be deducted from all refunds)

Cancellations must be in writing.  Refund schedule as follows:
Cancellations 7 or more days before class – Refund  of 80% Tuition less bank charges 
Cancellations less than 7 days before class – No Refund
No Call/No Show – No Refund
