Presenter – Regina Milliot

Regina Milliot serves as Western Regional Sales Manager for Sentinel Products, with a 26-year background in distribution and field support within the abatement and restoration industries. She works closely with contractors, hygienists, consultants, and distributors across the western United States, emphasizing education, regulatory compliance, and effective product application to support safe, efficient jobsite performance.

 

Objectives: The adhesive must come up.  How to remove different types of flooring adhesive, easily with liquid adhesive removers.

PROGRAM (9:00AM-10:00AM)                                               

Presenter - Tom Rochenski  

Tom has been in the disaster restoration industry for over 15 years. He has spent much of his time with Protimeter but also worked with FLIR and Dri-Eaz. He is currently the National Sales Manager for Protimeter in the US. He is an industry expert in moisture detection and measuring ambient conditions within the building environment. Tom travels the US doing industry tradeshows, customer and distributor training and has presented at many restoration drying schools. Protimeter is the leader in the development and manufacturing of innovative moisture meters.

Objective:  To present proper techniques in the use of hand-held moisture meters and hygrometers. How to correctly interpret readings and apply this knowledge to the success of drying out buildings to pre loss conditions. This session will also focus on hands on use of meters for all building materials including testing concrete floors. We will work with thermal cameras and moisture meters to quickly detect moisture issues in all building materials.

Presenter – Dan Smith

Dan Smith from ZipWall. Dan has been with ZipWall for 10 years and runs the training and technical service program. ZipWall is the industry leader in temporary containment barriers for mold, water, demo, and construction. My portion of the boot camp will be a one-hour class on building containment barriers using Zipwall.

Objective: Building containment with the ZipWall system
