This Large Loss Mastery – ELITE course offers hands-on, on-site simulations. The ELITE course gives the attendee the opportunity to be a part of a team that competes against other teams to win the simulated disaster loss. The projects simulated in this course are complex events that require knowledge and expertise to successfully complete. This course is designed to give the attendee the tools necessary and the hands-on experience to compete for any size property damage loss and complete them efficiently and effectively.
This 3-day course consists of 2 days of instruction and 1 day of a case study exercise that puts you on the front lines of a simulated large loss event.
What You Will Learn:
Production rate calculations, damage assessment, estimating, scoping, contracting, vital document recovery, critical path planning, communications, documentation, invoicing, and audit triggers.

Meet Your Instructor Thomas McGuire-Founder, Large Loss Mastery:
Thomas McGuire is a 36-year veteran of Large Loss and Disaster Recovery. He specializes in structural damage restoration/decontamination, ambient control/stabilization, and vital document recovery/vacuum freeze-drying systems.
Tom will guide students through a day of instruction and two days of a case study. For the case study we choose a real building and work through a large loss scenario to ensure students understand all this large loss. With his years of experience Tom will be working with students to give them top notch training.
