Hard Floor Basics

This course is the first of its kind. It is a condensed, overall presentation of all the flooring types that cleaning technicians will encounter. Many flooring types are presented such as luxury vinyl, wood, laminated wood, concrete, ceramic, porcelain, rubber, terrazzo, stone, and more. Maintenance requirements are discussed along with floor identification. This course is presented in a generic format.
